Terms of Service

Stylashot (the “Service”) is provided by the Stylashot team (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Stylashot. If you’re under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms on your behalf.

2. Your content

Photos you upload remain yours. We process them via our AI providers (Anthropic for tagging, Google for image rendering) only to produce your outfits and style analysis. We do not sell your photos, share them with advertisers, or use them to train models.

3. Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions are billed via Stripe on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). You can cancel anytime from the Account page; your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. We don’t pro-rate refunds, but we’re reasonable — email support@stylashot.com if something’s wrong.

4. Acceptable use

Don’t upload content that isn’t yours to upload, attempt to abuse rate limits, reverse-engineer the service, or resell the output as your own AI tool. We may suspend accounts that do.

4a. Outfit Archaeology uploads

When you use the Decode a Look feature to upload a third-party photo (TikTok, Pinterest, press imagery, etc.) you warrant that you have the right to upload the image for this purpose. The Service treats the image as a reference — we describe garments, never the person wearing them; we do not attribute looks to named individuals even if recognizable; and any share card you generate displays the source image blurred and framed as “inspired by,” not a reproduction. You are responsible for obtaining any further permissions needed to share output derived from images you do not own.

5. Affiliate disclosure

Some shop links in Stylashot are affiliate links — we may earn a commission when you buy through them. This never changes the price you pay, and it doesn’t influence which items we recommend.

6. No warranty

Stylashot is provided “as is.” AI output is imperfect and suggestions are for inspiration — use your own judgment.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; significant changes will be announced in-app or by email to signed-in users.
